Product Design Engineer
We build the core technology behind a next-generation perpetuals trading stack for universal markets and productive margin, created by an experienced team with deep roots in top-tier trading and engineering. We keep the team small and lean, with an emphasis on individual capability. We value both in-depth in-person communication and efficient online collaboration. This role is not for someone who only makes static mockups or presentation visuals. We are looking for a Product Design Engineer: someone with strong design fundamentals, an AI-native workflow, and the ability to turn product ideas into usable prototypes.
Responsibilities
- Turn product ideas and rough concepts into simple, interactive prototypes with React / TypeScript / HTML / CSS
- Design product UI with care for real states: loading, empty, error, success, hover, focus, responsive states, transitions, and overall polish
- Work across product UI, landing pages, campaign visuals, social assets, posters, and other brand materials
- Use AI tools to speed up exploration and iteration, while keeping design judgment your own
Requirements
- Strong design fundamentals: solid UI/UX, layout, typography, interaction, visual hierarchy, and product taste. AI is a tool, not a replacement for judgment.
- Product UI craft: you care about real product details and overall polish.
- Figma, AI, and prototype skills: fluent in Figma and modern design workflows, able to turn designs or rough ideas into simple interactive prototypes.
- Product and brand design: able to keep the product clear while making the brand feel sharp and distinctive.
Ecosystem & Research Associate

Responsibilities
- Research-driven BD: track frontier crypto sectors and competitor activity, and turn research into practical, actionable partnership strategies
- End-to-end ecosystem deals: source and drive a range of ecosystem partnerships (liquidity, protocol integrations, co-marketing, etc.), following each through from first contact to launch
- Cross-team collaboration: work closely with product and engineering to make sure deals actually go live and drive business growth
Requirements

Backend Developer (Quant Dev/Infra Dev)
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a high throughput streaming ETL-ish system based on Solana/EVM
- Build high-performance blockchain systems using Rust or Golang.
- Process large blockchain datasets to enhance algorithms, integrate new blockchain technologies
- Develop Solana/EVM-compatible smart contracts.
- Strong team player with collaborative mindset
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proficiency in Rust, Node.js/TypeScript, or Golang.
- Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with blockchain/EVM/smart contracts is a plus.
- DevOps experience is a bonus.
Full Stack Developer (Junior/Senior)
Responsibilities
- Develop responsive, high-performance web applications in React
- Develop and integrate web related API.
- Debug and ensure smooth, error-free user experiences.
- Design and maintain the CI for web
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proficiency in React, Typescript, and TailwindCSS, and morden UI libraries.
- Strong understanding of responsive design/canvas/SVG/Web animation/design tools(Figma) is a plus.
- Bonus: Knowledge of ethers.js/Solana/EVM wallet integration, websocket, backend basics, or cyber security.
Growth & Communications Lead
We are building a different kind of trading platform. We care about product taste, speed, market structure, and sharp execution. This is not a traditional marketing role. We are looking for someone who can help shape how the product is seen, understood, and talked about. This role sits across content, communications, community, BD, and day-to-day execution.
